Leading up to the day:
Your own Google Drive for us to keep all important documentation and information leading up to the big day
Easily accessible via emails, texts, phone calls, and two in person or Zoom meetings
Venue walk thru at final details meeting
Layout/Floor Plan design
Timeline construction and distribution to all vendors and venue team
On-site rehearsal with bridal party
Day-Of:
Oversee all vendor load in being sure everything is how you dreamed it
Confer with all vendors regarding timing of the day, being sure we are all in unison and know what is happening at all times
Manage and setup your personal décor as well as any items rented from us
Assist with any Bouquet or Boutonniere needs
Run and manage ceremony processional and recessional
Help Photography team gather persons needed for any additional photos
Manage guests and team during cocktail hour, being sure everyone knows where to sit, where the welcome table is, etc.
Coordinate with DJ/MC for Grand Entrance, Dances, Toasts, Cake Cutting (don't worry we show you how)
Ensure you get to enjoy your meal and your alone time while guests are eating
Keep an eye on all guests, making sure everyone is taken care of and enjoying their time
Coordinate any special exit, moments for just the couple, or group activities
End of the night:
Distribute any final payments and gratuity envelopes for vendors
Collect and of your personal items for load in to vehicle(s) of your choice
Oversee all vendor load out being sure everything is cleared out and set back to venue requirement
Final walk of venue with their on-site team (if applicable)
Assistance with:
Vendor selecting to match your desired aesthetic and vibe
Curating your menu with all guests and dietary needs joining for tastings
Finding your ideal décor, and helping to find items to make that dream a reality
Managing contracts with Vendors as well as reviewing prior to signing
Additional venue visits to be sure all needs are being met
